Ghouls Rule

So...the premise of the Ghouls Rule line is that the students of Monster High are taking back Halloween and are dressing up as exaggerated versions of the monsters they are.

They are gorgeous.

I have only seen Draculaura and Clawdeen in person, but I have a sneaking suspicion I'll pick up at least one more of the main Ghouls when I see them.

Pictures really don't do these dolls justice.

I've written about how much I love the GR Clawdeen, but I'll briefly reiterate that that has not changed and she's just wonderfully over the top.

Beside her is her best ghoul friend, Draculaura, who actually has big giant moveable bat wings that look like they are sculpted to look like lace.

I love pink. It is my favorite color, so picking up the GR version of Draculaura was a no brainer. It helps that she's so detailed. She has the batwing collar, spider web makeup and her hair is extremely poofy, mixed with pink, black, and black shiny tinsel.

I adore that they have little Halloween treat totes that look pretty much like every Halloween plastic pumpkin I ever owned.
